How fast will my Opera Gloves be dispatched?

Our Express and Priority services are designed to get your gloves to you as quickly as possible. With Express, we aim to have your gloves made and on their way within three working days of receiving your order. With Priority, we strive to process your order within one working day, ensuring it is handled with utmost speed. 

​

How long does shipping take?

​

For deliveries to the European Union, we utilize the reliable Finnish Postal Parcel International service, which delivers next-day in 95% of cases for Nordic countries, 2-5 working days for the rest of the Nordic countries, and 3-8 working days for the rest of Europe. If you require a Saturday delivery, we can generally arrange this, providing you with a dependable shipping option.

For deliveries to the rest of the world, we typically use Posti Express parcel (EMS), which delivers to all destinations within 6-14 working days.

After entering your address details in the checkout, you will see an accurate estimate of the total number of days it will take to receive your order, giving you a clear and predictable timeline for your delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

​

We offer express shipping to Finland. All countries in the European Union, Switzerland & Norway have a minimum price by the Post Office. The rest of the world will take a Posti Express parcel.

Will I have to pay import duty?

There will be no duty or tax to pay. No further payment is required after you have checked out on our website.

Please check with your local customs jurisdiction for details on import duties. You can usually find this information on their website or by contacting them directly. Please note that a fee may be applicable upon arrival of your order, depending on your country's import regulations.

How will my Opera Gloves be presented?

​

All our gloves come with a storage bag for safekeeping. All orders are delivered in our presentation box, which, like our gloves, is built to last. For us, it's about the product, not the packaging. However, when we designed our box, we made sure it was beautiful, and we chose the color 'Classic Black ' with a silver logo to symbolize an elegant style that endures. If the gloves are a gift for somebody special, we'll be happy to include a handwritten note. Let us know what you'd like the note to say in the order notes section during checkout.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS

We trust that you'll be delighted with your Yuke Josefsen Opera Gloves. However, if you decide to return your order, we've made the process as simple as possible. You can return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Returns within the European Union are free of charge. For customers returning products from countries outside the EU, you'll be responsible for the shipping costs, but we'll guide you through the process.

 

Must return all goods in their original condition, unused and unworn, along with the original packaging material in its original state, including the glove box, labels, and card. Trade & Expertise will not be held responsible for returned goods being lost in transit if there is no proof of postage.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received, we'll handle it with the utmost care. Our team will inspect the goods to ensure they're in their original condition. You'll receive a notification via email once this process is complete. The refund will then be automatically applied to your credit card or the original payment method once your refund is approved.

EXCHANGES

If you'd like to make an exchange, your privacy and security are our top priorities. Please send an email to info@yuke-josefsen.com with your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and the size of the replacement product you require. We'll send you further instructions, ensuring that your personal information is handled with the utmost care.
