  • What is Trade & Expertise approach to sustainability?
    We believe in refining your style, not adding unnecessary pieces to your wardrobe. With that in mind, we release permanently available designs in our line. Instead of a pair of gloves that will last you one winter, our products are crafted to be on your hands for years to come. It reduces waste and, ultimately, our impact on the environment.
  • I have not recieved my order confirmation?
    We will send you an order confirmation to your e-mail with the details of your purchase. If you haven’t received any confirmation within 24 hours of your purchase, please check your spam folder and if you still can’t find anything, contact us. Always make sure to enter the correct e-mail when completing your order!
  • Can I return my product?
    If you would like to return your order, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving the goods from us. Please send us an e-mail to info@yuke-josefsen.com together with your order number and the product's name that you would like to return. We will send you further returns instructions. Returns within the European Union are not free of charge. Also, customers returning products from other than EU countries, for example, the United States, will pay for their shipping costs. All goods must be returned in their original condition, unused and unworn with the original packaging material, glove box, labels, card, etc.
  • How long will it take to get my order?
    It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-6 business days to arrive, and provide delivery details in your confirmation email.
